Grand Villa’s previous branding and website struggled to convey its premium positioning, leading to a lack of trust and engagement from potential residents and their families. Additionally, the design was not optimised for seniors, with small text, poor contrast, and an unintuitive structure that hindered accessibility. Inconsistent information delivery further added to user frustration, making it hard to understand Grand Villa’s services. Moreover, the site lacked proper mobile optimization, reducing engagement among family members researching on their phones.
The redesigned branding and website successfully repositioned Grand Villa as a trusted, high-quality senior living community. By improving accessibility with larger text, high contrast, and a simplified structure, the user experience became more intuitive for seniors. The enhanced lead capture system and clear service presentation streamlined the inquiry process, leading to higher engagement and conversions. A fully responsive design ensured a seamless browsing experience across devices, benefiting both seniors and their families.
