Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative at Neue Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base through proactive outbound efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and researching potential clients within our target audience, which includes Marketers, Innovators, Sales Teams, Business Leaders, and Customer Success Teams across various industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, professional services, and tech. This involves understanding their potential needs for brand strategy, identity, and management services.
- Generating new leads through various outbound methods such as cold outreach (email, phone, social media), leveraging research tools, and identifying relevant networking opportunities.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their business challenges and determining if Neue Solutions' offerings, such as our ability to help them move from the "elephant in the room" to "elephant on the move", can provide value.
- Clearly and concisely articulating Neue Solutions' value proposition, emphasizing our purpose-driven approach, focus on time to value, and ability to build future-ready foundations.
- Scheduling introductory meetings and presentations for Business Development Managers, Consulting Directors (like Tem), or the Head of Design & Brand (like Faith) with qualified leads.
- Maintaining accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align outbound strategies with marketing campaigns and content efforts, potentially leveraging advertising creatives developed through Ad Studio and understanding our focus on brand-aligned content strategy and social media planning.
- Contributing to the achievement of team and individual lead generation targets.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales role.
- Understanding of basic sales principles and outbound prospecting techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively through various channels.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential clients.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales outreach tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling services (ideally within the marketing, branding, or consulting industries).
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by our target personas (Marketers, Innovators, Sales Teams, Business Leaders, and Customer Success Teams).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
